Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Definitely, man. Honestly, I've been thinking about giving 5/3/1 a shot. Though it seems counterintuitive to go from a Westside split to 5/3/1, I think there's something I can learn from it. That's certainly not in stone though. Having someone program for me is a possibility as well...

Jim's Training to Become a Human Tank!

I agree, the fight wasn't too exciting. But, I didn't expect it to be; that's how Mayweather has fought for the better part of a decade. Pacman didn't let his hands go either. My boy got another W on the undercard last night. Now 15-0.

Herder's 2014 Log: All About the XPC Semi's

Nice work today, big man. I dig the wrap talk; I'm getting close to throwing some on. And sleep...never get enough sleep. And when you get enough sleep, it's too much sleep. Then you want more sleep.

Strong day, man. Glad to see the bench is back on the up and up. I like the amount of triceps volume as well. Definitely does the bench good.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Haha, I'll be in Indianapolis for 3-5 months and then I'll relocate somewhere in the Midwest. There's a few good gyms I found in Indy.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Thanks guys. First thing I did after I found out where I'm relocating is search for PL'ing gyms. I'm going to miss PowerStation. Best gym I'll ever find.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Today is one of the proudest days of my life. I was just offered a great position at a fortune 100 company. I've worked so hard for everything I have. The feeling is incredible.

ME upper: Bench: 295x4x2 Sooo weak! 275x7 Swiss bar OHP: 155x8x3 Floor press: 225x12x2 DB side lateral Pec deck Not the best day. I just flew back into Dayton at 2 and hit the gym right after. Not my best performance, but...a bad day in the gym is better than a day off!

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Man, I didn't even feel taxed on the squats until the last two sets. Then the jello legs came on strong. With the leg press, we have these stoppers we can put up and they have a little bounce to them so it does help out a bit. Squats are feeling better than ever right now, though. I'm not up...

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Pretty blah bench day. At first, I was missing my groove and then I noticed my leg drive wasn't on per usual. Turned it around towards the end, so not too bad of a day. Just nothing fantastic.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Thanks, guys. I sound like a spoiled brat. My gym has everything I could ever want; if I have to move, I'm going to miss this gym. I don't think there's a gym in the world I would rather train at. Pretty soon imma be draggin' these nuts across 500's face. And then I'll eat a whole apple pie...
