Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

For sure, man. I would definitely have more fat to lose at 215, but I think that at 215 I would be around 12-14% BF. That's all I'm really trying to get down to as a natural. I just hope I can keep getting stronger. I don't care if this takes another 4 to 5 months really. Slow and steady..

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Thanks bro. I just checked my weight and I'm 229 so diet is going well and at a good pace. I've seen a really good increase in body composition, but honestly, I could still stand to lose a good 10-15# of fat.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

345 was a definite PR. Last time I tried 345 (about 6 months ago) I only got a single. I had at least 1 left in the tank as well; I can't complain.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Been a little while since I posted in here. Workouts are going well. Weight has been pretty steady. If I don't drop a lb in the next week I'll probably scale back on the cals a little. Hit up some DE upper today. Was a little worn out from the amount of sex I had last night/pre gym, but it...

    Douchebags at the gym...

Pretty funny situation happened at the gym today. So there's this dude and his wife that always comes into the gym with a baby. The baby can't be older than 1 years old. Well, I have my earbuds out for a few minutes and I hear this dude talking, but there's no one around. I look over and this...

Need a good alternative to alcohol for partying and raving

I don't have a scale. I was just using teaspoons. Honestly, I have no idea how many teaspoons I had. Maybe upwards of 4 or 5 throughout a 6 hour span. I was conservative at first, took a small dose, and didn't feel anything. But, I upped the dose and def had some good feelings going on.

Need a good alternative to alcohol for partying and raving

Alright fella's...due to this thread I went out on a limb and bought 2oz of green malay kratom from wickedkratom.com. Just received it in the mail. Going to take my first dose tonight. Wish me luck. :)

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Haha, I used to smash carbs. Now I act like I'm scared of them. But, now that I think about it I forgot to add in brown rice and an orange so that raises carbs about 70-80. Have you been trying to lose any fat at all? I know you're amidst a cycle so I'm assuming you're just trying...

I'm pretty impressed that Stan doesn't eat chicken for some reason, lol. I def love red meat though. This is what happens when I don't track closely enough: Fat- 168 Carbs- 178 Protein- 338 Total calories- 3500

Dmax's pursuit for power & performance

I picked up an oster blender for $60. Best investment ever. So glad I didn't spend $100+ and I have a 2 year warranty.

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Had a pretty alright time at the Arnold. First thing I did when I got there was hunt down Mark Bell. I wanted Knee sleeves and hammy bands but they were all out. Couldn't find the SBD booth either. But, I was front row of the cage to see Kendal military press 500 and Hawthorne deadlift 600x3...

Killn' The Cube: My powerlifting venture begins

Hmm. I would say the importance of a first impression is situational-based. If I'm at a bar and I see a girl I want to take home, the first impression will determine if there's any subsequent impressions. However, if I'm moving to college and I'm meeting someone that has already been slotted...

To add, I don't know much about how your program is set up, but I find that the thing that hits my PC the hardest is correctly performed box squats. You might not like to squat on DL day though.
