    Latest levels

You hit the jackpot. Low estrodiol/ high SHBG is a really abnormal combination. I have seen a few posts of people trying to figure out how to interpret similar results and the most common answer I have seen is: you need more bloodwork (in order to figure it out).

    A comeback ye or nay

Oh look at that list of mentions. I am in with the in crowd now... Be ready to pull back on the stick. Mentally you are going to remember how much you used to lift press and squat and you are going to start sprinting toward those numbers, but your body is going to fight you if you go too...

    Invictus, Virtus, and VII-KT Dosing

You might want to grab some more VII. Studies I have read about 7-Keto show it does work but the timeframe was something like 8 weeks.

    The Official Hypothyroidism Thread

I would add in Vitamin K2. Vitamin D levels will cause the body to hold more calcium in places you would not want to hold it. Instead of bone and teeth the calcium could end up in arteries and soft tissue, not a good thing. Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D will direct the calcium to teeth and bones...

    The Official Hypothyroidism Thread

Muscle cramps are side effect of hypothyroidism. The lack of T3 causes an electrolyte imbalance that prevents muscles from relaxing. You could try magnesium. Might work but for some reason things are never that simple. In my experience Epsom salts ( yea the crap that old people use to soak...

    High estrogen-anxiety-high BP

If anxiety is a symptom it could be related to elevated prolactin which can come with elevated E2 levels. Prolactin opposes dopamine in the body and throwing off dopamine can cause mood problems. I have even read stuff that says that elevated E2 levels cause increases in serotonin levels...

Do PHs and Sarms mess with thyroid function much?

Add in SHBG to your T and E tests. If your thyroid being overactive is to blame for your T/E levels being low/high (if they are), it is because hyper thyroid can raise SHBG levels which will latch on to testosterone, dropping free T levels . SHBG is produced in the liver so the increased output...
