    Its a really good product I run it whenever I can afford it! Im using it on a cut right now so I can cut cals and not really have much if any muscle wasting!

    I cranked it up to 150 mgs for four weeks recovered fine wasnt shut down at all and had a sick cycle! I think you could probably start alittle higher then 50 if you wanted too as well!
