Weight 163.5.......... 179 (+15.5)
Dose: 45 mg epi-strong
My weight seems to tapping out at this number; however I am seeing increased vascularity than when I was 163-164 and I'm heavier which is crazy Strength is starting to re-escalate

that looks good! I'd say put creatine right off the bat at the start all the way through to PCT (although others views may differ on this); For fish oil I like to dose 8-12 gram/day depending on the joint dryness (u'll be able to tell when the time comes). And when/if the back pumps start...
on the first week; skip the 10; you can do this instead
wk1: 20/20/20/30/30/30/30
or you can even just jump straight into 30; is your DAA for pct?? I would throw in some creatine and high dosed fish oil into your cycle. Hawthorne berry, CoQ10;

1. Deadlift 70% = 355 (4); (4);(4)(4)
2. Deadlift 80% = 395 (2); 395 (2)
3. Deadlift 90% = 435 (1); 435(0); just didnt have it in me today the reps on 70%...
id say just stick with what works for u bro; if your getting the delt development u need; dont change it!! and damn your weight is skyrocketing! hahaha
hell yes!!! hahahah yeah the monster is on the backburner now :(; and yeah 2nd week on epi-strong!! I think I underestimated the strength of epi-strong in terms of strength and dryness :no:; 18 more days till PCT starts and it feels like this whole thing is just starting!!!

Weight: 163.5........... 180!!! (+16.5) AM weight dry
Dose: 45 mg epi-strong
And the strength and weight continues to climb!!! My joints are drying up a bit; so I'm upping...
