look into diets like the anabolic diet .. but stay away from keto diets as this can cause ketoacidosis in diabetics.. so never just go under 50grams of carbs
just remember that woman dont need a lot of carbs so dont go all out on the apples and rice cakes.. try a split of 35%prot 30% carbs and 35% fat.... eat all of those carbs pre and post workout and stick with red and white meat
ephedra would have been a better choice... but rather try a 2 day on 2 day of with clen and cut out the ketotifen as it wil have some of its own side effects.. run clen at 40mcg for 2 weeks then 60 mcg for 2 weeks then 80mcg for 2weeks and take 2 weeks off
you flat because you are dieting , losing some muscle is part of dieting .. just go om with it till you hit 8% then start ''bulking'' for a while til you hit 12% then stop and diet back down to 8% that way you will minimize muscle loss
try and do them every 2 weeks rather than every week and skip fructose and opt for glucose type sugars when refeeding e.g. eat skittels rather than bannanas or atleast fruit with low fructose like pineaple or so
and that is why its not good for people that are not biginers.. the back amd legs wil always have less stimilus and its mostly compounds wich isnt good if you have weak areas.. thats why i say if you dont want to do a bodypart split then just to push pull legs..
