    Keep your reps high and your load low for the next couple of weeks to avoid injury. Your body will respond to anything at this point. Wait until muscle memory starts to kick in, then you know you’ve gotten somewhere! Usually a few weeks of consistency for me!

    Appreciate the observation. The biggest issue I have to conquer, is not bingeing at night. I’m doing much better than I did, but I can f up a good diet in ten minutes flat! Eating a halo top at night, helps to at least keep that nasty binge habit a little more in check.
