    Fair enough. I'll unsubscribe from this thread...cardarine has been discussed so much lately ad nausem. Truth is no one really knows the long term effects on humans. And this is coming from someone who likes it.

    Why does everyone participating in this continue? Number one is there's no guaranteed answer and two is there was just a recent massive thread with the same posts repeated over and over again...just like this thread.

    Just wanted to shout out to Rob at iron legion. There was a super slight delay in shipping my order but he more than made up for it with a few extras to try. Also in a past order a year ago, he threw in an extra bottle for no reason. I'd highly recommend new members give him a try!

    I do IF from 10pm till 5pm, then eat from 5 till 10pm. At 10-20mg, I notice no hunger difference. Above 30, think I remember harder to make it to 5pm

    We had a guy post bloods after 6 months on vl forum. Think his dosage was 20mg a day and igf was around 325. No bloods before but a good number.

    I said search...for peoples 6 month logs and not some study. I just searched Google with mk 677 6 months and saw 4 logs on the first page. Not trying to be a jerk, just figured you might get more answers since not many people responding here.

    I was asking in general. I did everything right on my 1st test e cycle, had every question already answered and everything on hand. But boy, was I nervous about my first injection!
