Jimothy's Back (and worse than ever)

Upper from this AM. Will do some cardio this evening. Maybe the elliptical or something low impact like that since I have legs tomorrow. Lat Pulldown: 200 x 5, 180 x 7 Prime Pec Deck: 250 x 7, 220 x 5 Arsenal T-Bar (Lat Focus): 120 x 4, 100 x 6 (usual CS row was taken, so pivoted to this and...

KLEEN LIVING - A log about Life, Training, and Nutrition.

Was always my best lift back when I competed. Would always end up in the later flights with the guys in heavier weight classes at the start of the meet based on my squat opener, and then would immediately come back to Earth and put up a paltry little bench and deadlift lol.

Yeah, I don't know that that was the primary selling point (just price, really), but just figured it'd be nice to have them for a meet if I ever did one lol. Don't know that this holds true, but generally figured if IPF allows them then most of the cooler feds probably do too.

I want to say yes, but it's been awhile since I ordered and I don't want to lie to you lol. Think I bought off Amazon, and looks like the IPF certified ones they sell there are 7mm, so feel like those are the ones I grabbed. Recently got their elbow sleeves too, which I've been pleased with...

KLEEN LIVING - A log about Life, Training, and Nutrition.

The Gymreapers ones continue to work well for me. Obviously haven't put years of wear and tear on them yet, but can't complain about how they've held up over the past 4-6 months or however long I've had them.

Jimothy's Back (and worse than ever)

Haven't blown up my bathroom yet today (major change from the past few weeks), so might've been the SNS Lean GLP I had added towards the tail end of the cut before I went on vacation. Will see what the next couple of days look like.

Got 7 hours that night lol. Only 5 last night though, so that could've gone better. Good thing I only had cardio today.

Jimothy's Back (and worse than ever)

Thought it might be one of the fat burners or maybe the LCLT since that's all I've been using. Cut those all out yesterday, so will see if that helps. Possible it's the BASIS, but want to see if dropping the fat burners resolved the issue before I drop that too. But for me it has been an all...

Jimothy's Back (and worse than ever)

Yeah, it's almost like IBS at this point. Has been a problem for probably close to 8 weeks, and I know that elevated cortisol/stress can lead to IBS or IBS-like symptoms, so hoping to get some clarity when the test results come in. But, in any event, one of the many reasons I'm interviewing...

Jimothy's Back (and worse than ever)

Pull this morning. Passed out like a rock on my couch at a little before nine and woke up to about 100 emails that I decided could wait until this morning to deal with. So a decent night's sleep, all things considered lol. Atlantis Pulldown: 230 x 7, 200 x 7 CS Kelso Shrug: 270 x 5, 230 x 6...

    First Time Cycle

No need to get defensive; was just pointing out that 200mg/week is not an unusual dose for TRT. As you can see, I also mentioned Estrogen issues in my first post here, so it isn't like I disagree with the advice. Would be interested in knowing which countries have a hard cap on TRT dosages...

    First Time Cycle

200mg/wk is on the high end for a TRT prescription, but still would be a normal dose in the therapeutic range.

    First Time Cycle

When you're at really high body fat levels, you don't really need to worry about muscle loss that much when dieting, as long as you're training hard. Your body has plenty of fat stores to break down for energy, so if you are training hard and focusing on progressive overload, it will have...
