Well I don't completely agree, I think if you take three guys who are the same and feed them 2500 calories overall with different macros their weight should be the same. However their body composition will be completely different.

When I go over 1.5g/lb I get bound up bad and have to take metamucil to get stuff moving. I've been doing 1g/per lean lb lately and it seems to be working for me.
