  1. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Thanks for the heads up on the catalyst for tramadol. I used to take that and meloxicam. Now I'm doing turmeric Tylenol and Advil. I'm alright usually if I'm careful through the day. I can keep the pain down to around the 4-5 level. I feel fortunate there was any neurological damage.
  2. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

I've already started losing weight. I'm guessing I've got 20-30lbs to go. Fortunately, I don't have neurological damage. BPC sounds like it'd be the most encouraging. I read what you said about nuclear level weapons. These are the kinds to try. I've seen so many supplements which were either...
  3. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

This would have been a joint saver.
  4. Low T help!!!

I might try to do that. If drs won't cooperate I'll source it myself. Right now I'm doing alright with my homemade test gel with base powder in Salvo. I'm very sensitive to conversion. These days its all about feeling good and being healthy. I keep some adex on hand in case of problems.
  5. Low T help!!!

I'm not the person who needs convincing. It's all these Doctors who refuse to accept new and proven research on the subject.

I'll tell you how Nicotinamide works for me. Srsly looking forward to your BPC log.

Ill do more research. I read the report on joint health at up to 4 grams a day. I'll def keep the doses lower then. Time to do more reading. Heard back from a source on the NR. They want 4700/KG.

Thanks for that HIT4ME, I just finished order 100+ grams of Niacinamide. I'll try 2-4 grams per day to see how it goes. Anyone interested in knowing can PM me. I'm all for helping out other people.
  9. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Thanks HIT4ME, I've got arthritis and bone spurs also. I appreciate the heads up. I was just price checking. Niacinamide is much more wallet friendly.
  10. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

500mg is the minimum starting dose to see any real effect. After some use, many people move up to 1-1.5 grams a day. Somewhat annoying that NR hasn't been cloned and sold by other sources so we could all get better prices on it.
  11. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

I've been reading more about new peptides and research compounds. At first I was really excited. The real world benefits either didn't pan out or there was a toxicity risk I'd rather not chance. Energy is another big issue as we age. Something called Nicotinamide R is available. 500mg seems to...
  12. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

I read Greenfields website. It was pretty informative. I'm impressed by all these new research compounds. Rad-140 and sr9009 look pretty interesting also. Let us all know if you can get Pentosan. I'd keep the dose low because of the blood thinning aspects.
  13. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Pentosan is going to be difficult to source. Sounds excellent for joint problems.
  14. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

I'm looking forward to what you have to say about BPC-157. Everyone who has tried it seems to like it. I can't find anything extensive though. Probably due to the long term costs or maybe because it works well very quickly. Many have done site injections. You can also inject SQ or drink it. the...
  15. Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Haven't had a chance to check yet but I will. I'm very much interested in better health and life extension. I've been devoting a lot of time to entire body wellness.

Torn trap, upper left side. 2 herniated discs at C5 and T1. I'd never heard of anything for soft tissue injury repair. Doctors here need to step up their knowledge and techniques. I'm also on trt and have high blood pressure for a long time.
  17. All these new chemicals

Old N fat?! Yes, that's me! Lol thanks! I hadn't gotten to the side effects yet. I'll check out Pentosan.
  18. All these new chemicals

Thank you for the information. I was just reading about TB-500 for muscle tears. Need to find out if it's really very effective.
