Best supps for reducing anxiety/improving mood

I was also thinking just learning to deal with your anxiety or being worried? I worry all the time and I have learned (and still working on applying it) to get out of my own head. Because in those situations I was my own worst enemy. Also if it's caused by pushing yourself then I have...

Two More Amino Spiking Lawsuits Filed by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals

Finally. I feel like more testings get done on products on the dark side than it does on this side...which is shameful.

Best sleep support with no nightmares

They got me a CPAP (which can end up adding YEARS to your life) but the machine bothered me too much and now I'm on process of getting a mouth piece. For narcolepsy i got meds. Now i can actually workout without having to take 300mg of caffeine. Never understood how people go without it until...

Best sleep support with no nightmares

It also wouldn't hurt (if you HAVE insurance) to go to your doctor and ask for a sleep study. Recently I found out that I have sleep apnea and narcolepsy...So all the supplements help me fall sleep faster but I never felt rested due to sleep apnea and the narcolepsy made me want to drink a lot...

    Memory

There is a MASSIVE thread about nootropics on T-nation that I went through long time ago. Most of the products that are listed on here are the main products but the dosages and everything was listed on there. At one point I was taking them for a few months or so on regular basis and it was amazing.

    Product and Sales Request Thread

-LGI -Karbolyn (and/or products similar to it) -Prime Nutrition -And this won't be much help but any stim pre-workouts with at least 500mg of agmatine. It's amazing how many times I end up purchasing a pre-workout due to it having a agmatine in it.

    Best pre workout

Have to be honest APS Mesomorph's old formula IMO was way better. They changed it and I didn't like the new formula as much...haven't tried it since. I wish I had taken care of my old stack better so they wouldn't be a massive black looking tar in a container now.

    Caffeine Can Restore Insulin Sensitivity

It's way to early for me to read the entire article but how much caffeine is needed for this? Also what if I don't have insulin sensitivity issues but I drink so much coffee that all my doo-doos sound like a c4 explosions

    1,3-Dimethylamylamine

DMAA is an amazing product but clueless people that are sensitive to stims can screw themselves over by taking too much and ends up getting the product a bad name.

Supps to help stay lean all year round

I would genuinely say it comes down to cardio and diet all the way. I would say get the diet and cardio down without using anything and then include them in there. If you insist to use something I would say any diet product, even ECA.

    Agmatine

The better question is it is so cheap and works so well, why don't all pre-workout supplements use them.
  19. luelinks

    Spark?

anything with stims should do it for sure. I genuinely can't believe people pay those prices for these ridiculous "facebook centered" supplements.
