I disagree. I often see people touting low weight high rep exercise as being safe, and heavy weight low rep stuff as being more dangerous. I think this provides scientific evidence to the contrary.
The point of the article is point out that high rep low weight squats arent any safer than heavy weight low rep squats...the point is not to point out that muscles fatigue.

How is the oat powder processed? Im pretty sure raw powdered oat is not very digestible, so I assume something beyond milling of the oats has occurred?
