    Some of the caffeine intakes I am reading are just nuts to me. Running on 1800kcal a day during an intense cut, waking at 3:30 in the morning, walking 20,000 steps at work, and I was no where near that amount of caffeine or stims.

    Best option is dropping dose by 50-75% and slowly keep lowering so no negative issues take place since you have been dosing for so long as a high dose. A full week or two off will be enough.

    Correct in just take with as little as water possible. Waiting as long as possible before eating would be your best option. Most find their appetite is crushed from EC, so eating after dose may be a non issue. With your two set ups, no issues with that dosing schedule.
