    PEScience Shift sounds right up your alley. Practically non-stim (synephrine causes very mild stimulation) and has good feedback. If you're fine with a small amount of sims, Norcodrene would go well with Shift also.

    Either pay the high price and get good quality, or don't buy at all. TUDCA is a very expensive compound yet a very good compound. Also, be careful for some of the capped products out their, a lot are loaded with fillers, so go with companies that have good reputations.

    Personally, no. Both berberine and alpha lipoic acid are known to inhibit hypertorphy, but at what degree? No one can say for certain. I've seen the studies but still not enough to make me not dose either around workouts. ALA is a powerful anti oxidant while berberine is a strong AMPK...

    For bulks, no need to look any further than: ALA (600-1200mg), R-ALA (300-600mg), or Na-R-ALA (300-600mg) Agmatine (500-2000mg per day) ALCAR goes well with ALA as well. If you want further assistance, berberine (500-1500mg per day).
