    Basketball performance stack

    Hey I been looking at the MST supp line and was wondering if this stack sounds beneficial for improving my performance in basketball. I was thinking of stacking nano2-elite, peak elite, hmb, and carnage elite. Would that be overkill? Just trying to improve my overall vo2 max and endurance.

    white blood 2 question

    i was just wondering if solid food carbs would be better to take with white blood 2 rather than liquid carbs ? i heard this stuff is pretty strong , i usually take a shake in the morning that's a mix of oats , waxy , dextrose , and maltodextrin carbs which total about 67g of carbs .

    5/5 Volatile is my staple preworkout ; the effects just never taper off after each use & I can use it late at night without being all stimmed out . The focus is a 10/10 & the pump is a 10/10 ! Keep up the nice work Formutech !

    Hmm alright then , anxiously waiting for that caffeine free Focus XT . So with the ALCAR & PLCAR , 2g of both is good preworkout ? or do I have to use one at a time ?
