Some of the most highly spirited people I've met were homeless. I lived in Chicago for over 3 years...I got to know some of the homeless that hung on my block. They were always smiling, laughing, joking around...it's like they didn't know they were homeless. Or maybe they were just crazy. But...
It's a shîtty feeling, big guy...I know. But if there's one thing I've learned about life (hopefully I've learned more than one) it's that you will end up right where you're meant to be. As long as you keep your eyes open for opportunity and go after it with all you've got...you'll get exactly...
You should try doing straight arm push downs with a reverse grip. I have to squat down a bit with my back against the pad to make sure I get a full stretch, but gawd DAMN does it hit my lats good!
I promise I'll give a full view of the goods on Sunday. It will be my end of cycle pics along with measurements and I'll throw up a comparison of beginning pics and measurements. Saturday night will be my last shot of test then it's on to PCT time. I'm going to continue to run exem at .175/day...
Lmao! Now that you've said it...it's probably going to happen. Then my wife will want an explanation as to why the sheets are such a mess and I'll have to say I was dreaming about her.
Yeah it's sad to know my cycle is coming to an end but I'm excited to see what I'm able to do off cycle without assistance. I've learned a lot these past couple months and I plan on using that knowledge to further my progress. This cycle was really meant to give me a jump start in the right...
So I'm done with the tren and I'm currently running test prop at 60/day which should get me through the rest of this week. Here's another sneak peak at my progress.

And I'm not done yet!
Hey Dave...had a dream about you last night. Nothing weird, but I was at the swimming pool with the wife and kids. I'm sitting at a picnic table with my son and he asks me who that big guy is. You were sitting at another table. I said that's Dave...he's a bodybuilder. Then I said, "Hey Dave...
No way lol...I wouldn't even do any direct arm work on back day. Arms will get hit regardless that's why I like to have a day specifically for arms. I basically set up my workouts so everything is actually getting hit twice through the week. I was talking about, on arm day, a great way to get...
I did reverse grip stiff arm push downs (pull downs?) today and blew my lats the **** up! It was my last lat exercise and it really finished them up nicely.
No dude, pre-exhaust your bis/tris then let the strength of your lats take your arms beyond what they could've done with curls/extensions. On back/chest day, you're going to activate your arms. Why not activate your chest/back on arm day? It just gives it more reason to grow! Close Grip Bench...
I've seen chins used as a total arm exercise as it hits the bis hard as well as your tris. I think it's a great compound movement to start an arm workout with followed by some isolated pump work.
