Minimum meals to grow?
I hate eating during the day. I feel like eating makes me very tired and unmotivated. I have been doing OMAD for about 6 months. It's the best I've felt for years. Trt + additions?
Gotta admit. This looks a healthy product. My SHBG just now is pretty low and I'm trying to get it back up to a more normal range. Being on TRT definitely down regulates neurotransmitters and neuro steroids. I was using DHEA for a while but it started giving me terrible headaches. Not sure why? -

Anyone just keep their test levels at a trt dose but throw in the odd compound here and their? I've been on TRT for about 7 years now. I actually think my body is fully adjusted to testosterone. It almost has zero impact on me. Was great the first couple years and now it's just part of my life... -

What age are you if you don't mind me asking? I live with a friend and he's 68 and he's incredible for his age. Very fit and capable. He's still strong and doesn't lift weights. Thank you for your comment. Yeh maybe I'm looking for a quick turn around in health. Looking back at the last 4 years of my life. I was seriously running my body into the ground. Like I was saying. 30 thousand + steps everyday. It wasn't just walking. Most times I was carrying heavy items also...- bell1986

Yeh sadly that's true. This summer here has been one of the worst for years. We have had like 2 good weeks of sun and the rest has been overcast. This is why I use sunbeds. Epistane + Estrogen?
Latest Results Creatinine 88.5 (Range 60 - 120) EGFR 90 (Range >60) All seem in the normal range? My blood pressure is actually slightly low at times. I can get dizzy/lightheaded. I've seen it at 100/60. Not sure why it's so low. Epistane is a positive in this manner as it raises it slightly... -

Yeh I seem to respond to Test fairly strong. Also the same if I run hcg. Seem an over responder. A cycle for me is 75mg 3x per week lol. Puts my test levels at 3500+. Not sure why some respond as high? Even at those levels though I wasn't gaining that much mass. I think my receptors are fried...
