    Understandable. Just know that the formulator responsible for those issues is long gone and even ran into the same problems with other companies he worked with. Very much around, 2016 - now has been very good for us!

    Definitely helps with recovery, glad it helped for you too! The carbohydrates do bloat some individuals at first but it seems to go away with continued use.

    Invalid Link Removed My favorite - Gaspari SuperPump MAX! Time-tested and danielmoo approved. :) Other PWOs that I've enjoyed are Quake 10.0, C4 Ultimate, and Dymatize Pre W.O.

SizeOn is a perfect all-in-one intra workout product.. complex carbs, simple carbs, hydrolyzed protein, BCAAs, creatine, etc. I think you would really enjoy trying it out and would see changes in your endurance during training.
