SNS Cistanche XT - 350 mg. Per Capsule - Intro & Discussion Thread

Btw Steve, I think this could potentially make a great addition to VitalityPlex XT (alongside PrimaVie, RhodioLife, G70X Ginseng, and Bionutricia Tongkat) that you didn’t know you were making yet :)

SNS Cistanche XT - 350 mg. Per Capsule - Intro & Discussion Thread

AXT has 350mg of C30X already. Steve can probably comment on if adding a cap to AXT is worth it. Since the dosing on the bottle of C30X says one 350mg cap daily, I’d say use it separate from AXT but that’s just my opinion

Speaking of Betaine, would you consider doing a 500g tub? Not sure what the market is currently, but when it comes to single ingredients with human data, Betaine is near the top (behind Creatine, of course)

I thought that it allowed brands to promote and leverage specific verbiage around the health benefits of cocoa flavanols. I’m sure Cardiovascular Support XT is loaded; just thought this was interesting as there aren’t many ingredients the FDA allows this for. Please correct me if I...

Thanks for your feedback. How much do you think, in the context of a relatively normal diet, we can impact potassium (and sodium) levels given aldosterone’s impact on regulation of potassium and sodium? For example, if I eat a few additional bananas a day, will my serum potassium change much...

I’ve read about the link between potassium and skeletal muscle mass, however I thought it was more so that a higher potassium intake was linked with lower likelihood of having low muscle mass. So, if we use a range of 3.6-5.2 mmol/L, would you think there’s going to be much of a difference...

Others can chime in, but the top 2 I can think of: 1. HCI may help you reach the saturation point faster. 2. HCI may be easier on individuals GI tract. Number 2 is massive for some people

For the hydration product, how do you approach the sodium/potassium ratio? I feel like from my (semi-limited) market research, products are all over the place. One product will be 1g potassium, 200mg sodium, then the next will be 1g sodium, 200mg potassium. Then some will be like 100mg of each...

I use adaptogens in the AM and PM, so would love that. Honestly I generally stick to 300-600mg KSM66 pre-bed, so that’s why I asked for a morning/afternoon type adaptogen product
