All the sustained release beta alanine products I’ve seen on the market are super pricey. Would be curious how much SNS could offer it for as a solo ingredient.
ActivAMP looks like an interesting ingredient. Looks like it is Gynostemma pentaphyllum standardized to gypenoside L and 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3. Potential benefits of fat loss, VO2 max, eNOS increase.

Really challenging to make the majority of people happy with those formulas. For example, from an EAA perspective, I usually like at least 3.5g Leucine. But the carbs vary on if I’m strength training or doing cardio.
So you may see some products with, for example, 25g HBCD, and an EAA blend...
I think NOW has an unflavored whey isolate. Unfortunately whey prices are quite elevated. I think I’ve seen 5lbs of the aforementioned product for ~$65-70 for 5lbs. The label is whey isolate, and less than 1% sunflower lecithin.
I miss the days of 5lbs of whey for $30
Not sure if you subscribe to MASS, but volume 7, issue 1 had a good write up from Dr. Trexler about the nuanced relationship between NSAID’s and hypertrophy. Below was the study he reviewed, and here is a quote from the extract of the reviewed study:

I know you’ve discussed not wanting to do a protein powder for a variety of reasons, but I really like the idea of a carb replacement powder for non-intra usage. To echo what some have said, could make a great preworkout “meal” with whey for those in a hurry.
I know it’s common to hear on...

For a capsule nootropic, I still think a combo of Sibelius Sage, Neumentix Spearmint, and AuroraBlue Blueberry would be a fantastic non-stim nootropic capsule product. Also would categorize it as anti-aging as well
I try to keep supplemental anti-oxidants/anti-inflammatories away from workouts as a general rule of thumb, but when it comes to curcumin, the negative effects of potentially (key word, potentially) interfering with the recovery process probably aren’t “make-or-break”.
This is where I’d like to know the exact breakdown of each ingredient within the blend, but I also understand why Disruptive Nutrition/Mike McCandless doesn’t disclose this.
End of the day, Peak02 has always treated me very well so I tend to go back to it
PeptiStrong study: Improved strength recovery, reduced fatigue, and reduced myostatin. Furthermore, “a concomitant increase in other acute markers regulating muscle protein synthesis, regeneration and myoblast differentiation was also observed.”
