SNS Thermo Scorch - Now Available - 1,000 Mg. MitoBurn + Sinetrol, CaloriBurn, & Capsimax

If it’s the same 6-Paradol content, then no, it’s the same to my knowledge. CaloriBurn supplier also states they preserve bioactives such as 6-Gingerdione, 6-Shogaol, and 6-Gingerol as well, so if there is a difference, that could be it. From a fat loss perspective, I’d be surprised if you...

I think we should get back to the day where single ingredients get their own threads. [emoji4]

Tell Us What You Would Like to See From SNS & CEL (2022 Edition)

For sure. And that product has its place for a variety of reasons, but I was thinking of something more in the $20-$25 range. And stackable with Anacyclus

Tell Us What You Would Like to See From SNS & CEL (2022 Edition)

Y’all are putting out tons of products, but maybe for a 2023 suggestion, I’d like to see an appetite stimulant. Maybe something Gentian + Agmatine based

MrMuscle getting lean and mean with SNS Thermo Scorch and TTA-500

I’ve lately been adding 200 to 300 g of dry quinoa into an instant pot with water, soy sauce, garlic, and a bit ginger. So now I’m locked in for those Ecdy gainz [emoji23]

    Phosphatidylserine….. My favorite Supplement.

This is also why I’m a fan of herbs that lower cortisol through adaptogenic MOA’s. Ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Eurycoma, etc aren’t going to crush your cortisol from my read of the literature. They’re going to support your body during stressful times get back to equilibrium/homeostasis

    Phosphatidylserine….. My favorite Supplement.

Agreed. People might get turned away from the price tag, but they’re using two premium licensed ingredients. After many years of using supplemental choline (mainly Focus XT), it just no longer agrees with me, therefore not the product for me. Great choice for those looking for choline + PS, though

    Phosphatidylserine….. My favorite Supplement.

Increases in post training cortisol have been linked to increases in LBM. I do agree that chronically elevated cortisol would be an issue, however acute increases due to a stimulus such as weight training don’t seem to be an issue. Again, I agree that chronically elevated cortisol levels due...

    Phosphatidylserine….. My favorite Supplement.

But def agreed on the fact that it has its uses and actually has human data to support it

    Phosphatidylserine….. My favorite Supplement.

The post training cortisol spike is not the same as chronically elevated cortisol due to stress, poor sleep, a medical condition, etc. We should not be overly concerned with the acute, transient, post training cortisol increase

    Optimise T

I’m not sure if you have this info from PMs or a different thread, but definitely agree that if there is some sort of issue that the OP is currently being seen for, don’t add in a variable that may make treatment more challenging. Or at least talk to the doc about the supplement so they’re aware

I’ll also say that I’ve been running it for 4-5 months now, and plan on stocking up again if they run a Labor Day sale *hint hint, Steve* [emoji4]

    Optimise T

I just take all 4 upon waking each morning. I could theoretically see why a 2/2 split “could” be more effective, but I’ve been enjoying my run with it at 4 caps each morning. Nice effects on mood and libido. I also find it’s been having almost cognitive-enhancing like effects. Maybe secondary to...

MrMuscle getting lean and mean with SNS Thermo Scorch and TTA-500

And I’m a huge fan of consuming things in their natural form as much as possible as I feel absorption/digestion will be superior to supplemental forms. Nothing to back this up, just seem right given how poorly absorbed many phytonutrients are as isolated compounds

I’ve used it in Optimize T and I can’t say I’ve noticed a diuretic effect. Just my personal feedback though

Good call on trying to take out quinoa. I can’t remember where I read it now, and no idea how valid it is, but something about if quinoa isn’t washed well enough prior to cooking, it can leave too much saponins which trigger digestive issues
