Unanswered Anyway to find caffeine content in proprietary blends?

I I would google it, a majority of the time it is listed somewhere if not on the label itself.

    Unanswered Eaas Clinical Dosages?

I often utilize eaas for a replacement to shakes in a cut, or for intra workout use. I have found that humapro (the old formula, haven’t used the new one) and true nutrition Eaa+ to be my go tos.

Unanswered Quake 10.0 is so underrated

I thought I was one of the only ones. Quake is probably once of my favorite pre workouts to date. I do not like crazy high stims, so for me two scoops hit like a freight train and the pumps and performance were excellent.

Unanswered How Do Rest Periods Effect Weight Training Effectiveness?

In regards to your chiropractor, losing weight he is probably right, however losing fat I strongly disagree. Really depends on your goals, but if you want to be muscular and lean, lift weights and diet appropriately.

Unanswered Calf imbalance - Achilles related

I personally like incline treadmill, highest incline, 2-3 mph steady. I use a technique from dc training where I lean over the screen on the machine and walk on my toes, basically like a calf raise for each step, at 3mph. Once I need a break I drop it down to 2mph and just walk without holding...

Unanswered Calf imbalance - Achilles related

I have always trained my calves from the stretch. That coupled with cardio was the most progress I ever made in my calves. Gamma bomb is a split program focusing on upper body and lower body split into two blocks. First half is upper body pull push legs arms and full upper, the Second half is set up for legs 3...

Unanswered Need Help W/ Insulin Resistant Diet

It’s seems a lot has already been addressed, but for food suggestions I think that fat will be your friend. Eliminate the problem foods, and with your proteins have some healthy fats. Almonds and other nuts, avocado, EVOO, natural nut butters, whole eggs, grass fed butter etc. this can help make...

Unanswered Natural Supplement Stack Suggestions for a 22 Year Old

At your age you need intense training, lots of quality food and a ton of rest to recharge for the next session. First off vitamin d3, if your not taking in optimum levels, (can test through blood work) your missing a major and very cheap staple. Second one is caffeine pre workout, just to get...

    Unanswered Greyskull Lp

You may want to pull back on your training until you heal up, it’s going to be difficult to progressively train with an injury like that. The weights aren’t going anywhere.
