  1. Best prohormone for beginners in 2017??

    1-andro.
  2. The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

Well, assumptions and stereotypes can be said for a lot of things. I don't think it hurts to be open minded and see two-a-days as a tool that can be used during certain times.
  3. HIT4ME Pushing The Envelope With Evolutionary Muse

On my 11 day Cat 1 PSMF, it's not that bad once you're adapted to it.
  4. Cortisol Control Question

This. Cortisol is not bad for you. It is when insulin AND cortisol levels are high, it is bad for you. Cortisol is responsible (in regards to body comp) for fat mobilization. Best used post-workout, or pre-bed, or if your workout is far away from when you wake up, in the morning.
  5. The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

For temporary overreaching periods, or better fatigue distribution (assuming you control volume instead of turning it into 2 all out sessions).
  6. Companies to look out for in 2017??

Eh, OL takes stuff that is available and effective and makes it more effective, whether it be actual effectiveness, or cost effectiveness. I rock out to OL all day every day, except the Ep1c Unleashed TD carrier is ATROCIOUS, it served me well for the 4 weeks I used it.
  7. List the best natural supplements on the market.

A rep that is actually objective/neutral. Amazing stuff. Also, good list!
  8. GDA's - What's new

    1) 500mg for around 50-100g carbs I think 2) NA-R-ALA timing doesn't matter. It doesn't get eliminated for around ~22 hours. Berberine should be used pre-meal (consider it to be the herbal non-extended release metformin) Slinmax is good, but with Berberine, I don't suggest it on a bulk. It's...
  9. GDA's - What's new

Berberine is a great GDA, but probably best for recomp/cuts. NA-R-ALA is great (still) for overall health as well. Decent doses of Cinnulin and Corosolic Acid are good. I wouldn't use anything else "GDA" related on a bulk.
  10. Topic of the Week - What's the best fat burner supplement of all time and why?

Well, think what you'd like about forskolin. You've got very objective studies in various dosages that helped body composition. Studies show it is anti-obesogenic and its also very anti-catabolic. There was a study done in people who went on a diet and barely exercised, and while taking...
  11. Topic of the Week - What's the best fat burner supplement of all time and why?

Caffeine, Ephedrine/Yohimbine and a calorie deficit. Cheap and effective. If you want novel stuff: Iron Legion Invictus EvoMuse DCP Forskolin EvoMuse Supernova EvoMuse BRITE
  12. Phophiditic acid question

No need to take a break, although some people (including me) like to take breaks off just so I can feel it working after the break.
  13. Ashwaganda overdose is treating me well!

Studies have gone up to 1000mg as far as KSM-66 goes, and of course, KSM-66 is extracted for Witholanides and there are some supplements that dose higher with those too. Usually, when people talk of "studied dosages", they just want their best bang for buck. Phosphatidic Acid is good at 750mg...
  14. Supplement question? Pre & Post

The only supplements I recommend consistently (as opposed to plateau busters) are the well studied easy ergogenics, such as: Caffeine (100-200 mg) Betaine (2500mg) Creatine (5000mg) Yohimbine HCL (dosage is user dependant, use before fasted cardio. this is a "fat burner") Superdrol (just kidding)
  15. Supplement question? Pre & Post

Well, get better sooner rather than later. Your diet is the #1 contributor to your body composition. Look at my earlier posts on this forum, I jumped on supps and "stacks" all the time, with moderate results because while my supplement "stacks" were great, and my training was good, my diet was...
  16. Ashwaganda overdose is treating me well!

That's not really an overdose.....but congrats.
  17. 10 Curcumin Products Tested

Oh, I was just going by what you posted. I've already tried Curcumin + Bioperine (Biotest, Swanson, etc) as well as Meriva Curcumin (Phytosome Curcumin) and all have been effective. How effective? Not sure, mostly because I don't suffer from joint issues/injuries.
  18. Supplement question? Pre & Post

Pick whatever preworkout you enjoy. Obviously, depending on your focus, I would recommend: PES Prolific - Focus/Slight Energy PES High Volume - Non-Stim Aid (Pumps) OL Conqu3r Unleashed - Very Well Rounded, Good Energy (nice novel stims) If you want something that'll stim you out of your mind...
  19. 10 Curcumin Products Tested

Basically, Life Extension BCM95 is the way to go?
  20. Are natural supplements worth it?

If your diet and training suck, they aren't worth it. You also can't train the same way on natty anabolics (or natty in general) as someone on gear, so yes, even if you think you train hard, your training can still suck. Also, there are very few that are worth it, and you need to be honest with...
