    Military Press question

I go with a closer grip, always keeping my elbows forward, always minimizing eblow flaring. I used to use a wide bench style grip and press up with my elbows flared like 70's pants. This bozo-manuever managed to jack up my shoulders badly, eventually resulting in rotator cuff impingement...

I recently got over a bad rotator cuff impingement. I had pain for about 6 months before I finally went to go see the Doc. A cortisone shot really sped the healing along, before then I did a bout 10,000,000 external rotations, changed my push pull ratio, layed off bench for a month, and laid...

    Training with Elbow Bursitis

Hello everyone, I banged my elbow like a month ago and it bruised a little and was sore but not too bad. The last week it swelled up and appears to be text book Olecranon bursitis. Now aside from looking gross and Popeye-ish, it doesn't hurt to bend or extend it. I'm seeing a doc for my...

    Squat and Deadlift Mobility

I foam roll my lats, but when I try to foam roll my Pecs I feel like I'm doing it wrong. I don't really feel anything, I tried using a lacrosse ball, and I can make it hurt, but I feel like I'm doing it with no pattern.

Anybody using Millennium Sports Cordygen products?

Cordygen worked incredibly well for me with weight lifting. However, after about 5 days it gave me really bad diarrhea so I had to stop. Haven't been brave enough to try it again since.

    Hair Loss Prevention

Annecdotally I've heard that any more than 3 times a week is excessive. When I had the shed with revita I was using it 5-6 times a week.

    Hair Loss Prevention

Niz can be harsh if you use it too often. I felt I had more shedding when I was using revita every day which has 1% ketoconazle. Good news is that ya just because it is harsh on your hair, not because it's accelerating mpb, so for me it came back when I stopped using it.

    Having problems with TKD

Because of all my past postings at MMA forums, I initially thought TKD was Tae Kwon Do and that you were having a problem with it. Just goes to show, I'm Pavlov's Dog, or something.
