    Does it make a difference if you swallow dbol or dissolve it under your tongue? Had some guy swearing it makes a huge difference when dissolved under your tongue. Maybe it's true, but this guy is also 180lbs soaking wet..... Also going to be taking nudes soon if I can get one of these sloots...

    Weighed 217 this evening... Had a hell of a chest and shoulders workout tonight as well. 2 1/2 hours in the gym. Brutal and I'm spent.
