    It's still popular and I have customers that love it. I don't dismiss it's AI effects based on labs from a few people as I know guys who have taken letro and it only lowered their E a touch, and yes it was real pharma in a country where you buy it OTC.

    No not common. That being said, depending on dose and frequency, if you were "outputting" enough total GH with your protocol it is possible. Some, not all, not most, but some, get joint/tendon pain from GH. Most get joint pain relief but there are exceptions.
