    Taking On Anxiety

You are prob a “responder” to modafinil. Unfortunately it doesn’t do much for me. They think the enhancing effects of the drug are related to whether or not you have a specific variant in a dopamine gene. I have the one version of the gene shown in studies to not respond to modafinil. Or at...

    Hcg + clomid

I’d recommend giving your urologist benefit of the doubt and following his recommendations. If you don’t get the effect you want then start experimenting more. But if you do something different than what he wants you to do he can’t adjust things as you get more blood work.

E2 levels high at aromasin 25mg ED

In general the percent decrease in estrogen quoted by many people are from studies on postmenopausal females. These studies show 98% drop in estrogen with these standard doses (25 aromasin or 2.5 letro) but for males the decrease is much less. Males taking letro at 2.5 daily only decreases...

    The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

I️ think if you plan on taking the ARA periworkout and not throughout the day you should be fine taking fish oil as long as it’s as far from the workout as possible so both EFAs aren’t high during the workout. If you lift in the afternoon then morning is your best time IMO.

    Test E + Var cycle.

Unfortunately there isn’t much objective data on the subject, but since I️ started using toremifene for pct haven’t gone back to nolva. It has properties that are more like clomid and nolva combined with less sides. Clomid and nolva are obviously going to do the job. But if you do a second or...

T3, why some say yes it's awesome and some say don't touch it ?

Quite the opposite actually. Gives me a slight mental buzz

T3, why some say yes it's awesome and some say don't touch it ?

I️ also like taking T3 3 times per day but when I️ do I️ try my best to take it between meals to minimize the issue. But if I️ were to take it once per day it would be fasted in the morning (which is how I️ take my first dose)

T3, why some say yes it's awesome and some say don't touch it ?

The official recommendation regarding calcium or other divalent salts is to wait 4 hours but that is excessive in my opinion and personal use. I’d say if you are taking any supplement with those minerals in it or taking in milk or other source of high calcium, I’d wait two hours after to take...

T3, why some say yes it's awesome and some say don't touch it ?

Make sure if you take it with carbs or any food for that matter that there isn’t any calcium, magnesium,or zinc in the mixture. Those will bind to the T3 and significantly decrease absorption.

    Taking On Anxiety

Yeah there’s a lot of buzz now about so called micro dosing lsd as a treatment for various illnesses. Though it being schedule 1 in the US it will likely never get tested for such purposes, at least not any time soon. And we will have to go off anecdotal reports, or shotty trials run by other...

    Taking On Anxiety

Also you mentioned sociopaths...there is no treatment for that. It is a personality disorder and completely different from psychiatric disorders like schizophrenia and depression. They can’t be helped with medications as their issues aren’t caused by the same factors. They are literally just...

    Taking On Anxiety

I’m sorry that your parents put you through all that. As a child you obviously had no choice essentially and I can understand your current aversion towards those medications. You likely didn’t need them then as you don’t need them now. But for those that do have clinic illnesses, depression and...

    Taking On Anxiety

Ssris are first line. Buspirone takes a very long time to work and even then it’s not as effective. I rarely see that used anymore to be honest.

    Taking On Anxiety

This post seems out of character for you. Just because you don’t understand the biochemical aspect of psychiatric conditions doesn’t mean they don’t exist and that others don’t experience them. If you were to take an Rx antidepressant you wouldn’t “magically” be happy. It likely would do...

    Taking On Anxiety

Sounds like you might have GAD. Get a script for lexapro and you will start feeling much better. And anyone that says Rx is bad and supplements are good is living an overly simplistic life where everything fits neatly into one box or the other.

    The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

How far recovered are you from your injury? If you still have the possibility of getting flares I would avoid the ARA for now. Though if taken pre or intra workout it should go to muscles it can also still go to connective tissue spaces and fat cells. You could risk the inflammatory cascade...

    The Arachidonic Acid Help Guide

Agreed! Anyone with an inflammatory related condition should avoid ARA. This also includes rheumatoid arthritis, eczema, psoriasis, and many others. That being said one can do what they want with their body, but for those with the above conditions, you were warned! lol

T3, why some say yes it's awesome and some say don't touch it ?

Yeah OP wish I could be more helpful but I don’t take T3 for fat loss purposes or any performance benefits for that matter. I take it for medical reasons and honestly I haven’t noticed much in the way of fat loss then when I wasn’t taking it at all. But my body might just convert it to rT3 more...

    Least amount of cardio needed?

Well specifically I was asking how much cardio to keep up my CR fitness and ability to walk up stairs without getting winded, etc. I had been careful and not gained much fat while bulking with zero cardio but I felt worse overall because I get tired/fatigued quicker physically and mentally. I...

On TRT - Opinions on first test-only cycle?

Yes you can certainly see good gains from 400 per week if your training and diet are good. And based on your goals I’d say twice per year would be great and would prob be beneficial for at least a few years. At which pt you might reach your plateau, at least for that dose schedule. But I agree...
