It was some good eatin, yes gluten free is pricey. Just wanted to give it a shot for at least a week and see if the benefits out weigh the added cost. Looking especially for the cognitive benefits gluten free will have on my ADHD... Ironflex- so you have to avoid all gluten at all times? -

Ehh it's alright but not much better. If I shake my arms I can hear my elbow joints crack so estro is still low lol. I'm down to 25 clomid and 1 pump of forma, and just considering ditching the forma this last week and maybe going back to 1 pump for a week or 2 after the pct... Was gonna ask... -

Honestly haven't had that many problems myself as far as dosing goes. Yes sometimes not much squirts out but then I just squirt a little more. It can tend to clump especially if you've had it for a while... I just make sure to shake it well before using and usually don't run into any problems... -

Ah makes sense man, well with that killer stack and your experience in diet/ training, I'm sure you should get there!
