  1. Who wants a new BLR SERM?!

The reduction in igf-1 has to do with increased estrogen. That's what the SERM is used for in PCT. It affects the hypothalamus and signals to the body that you don't have enough estrogen. What happens when your body thinks you don't have enough estrogen? It tries to balance itself out by...
  2. Who wants a new BLR SERM?!

Nolva inhibits the letro and adex. Or it may be the reverse, would have to dig it up. This is not true for aromasin though (iirc). Well known. On the flip side though, clomid + any of the AIs is ok. Am I the only one that is concerned that Brundel is not aware of this? Also, am I the only one...
  3. New (-)epicatechin research

There's FAR more questions going WAY back which questioned the AMOUNT of (-)epi not the PURITY of the (-)epi. I started my post the way I started to point out what most people were REALLY wondering about, how much (-)epi was in the product. I think you may be confusing efficacy based on dose to...
  4. New (-)epicatechin research

Not riled up. Just pointing out the obvious there. For as long as I can remember since Follidrone first came out, people more or less just wanted to know how much actual (-)epi was in each full serving. At first it was understandable that Brundel didn't want to disclose the information, as there...
  5. New (-)epicatechin research

Who the heck ever really questioned the purity of the (-)epi. We just want to know how much actual (-)epi is in a full serving of Follidrone. At this point I think you guys should disclose that information now. I don't see how that would signal other companies to copy your dosage, because we...
  6. Who wants a new BLR SERM?!

Wait, how did you not know PCT basics? Example, nolva inhibits letro and adex. Basics.
  7. Who wants a new BLR SERM?!

You've stated that you've been testing the product for ~2 years, are their bloods from those ~2 years that would make this comparable to actual SERMs for notably suppressive cycles of anabolics?
  8. Who wants a new BLR SERM?!

Just wait for reviews and logs with bloods.
  9. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

Yup. 81 mg in the morning and 81 mg before bed.
  10. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

I like to take one in the morning and one at night.
  11. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

You're using the baby aspirin right? ~81 mg?
  12. Creatine O Phosphate

    Makes me shart hardcore :(
  13. Year-round supplements you trust

There's a total of 125 mg of niacin (25 mg of niacin and 100 mg of niacinamide). So, there's a good dose of niacin in there. It's on the label. LoL.
  14. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

Wait until you get to the end of the 2nd week and early 3rd week. Ball is going to really start rolling at that point. Fun.
  15. Who wants a new BLR SERM?!

There's going to be logs with bloodwork?
  16. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

Not going to do much. Carbs are still going to be superior there.
  17. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

25 grams does like nothing. LoL. 25 grams of carbs pre + 25 grams of carbs intra is worth a try though. If that's not enough, 25 grams pre + 50 grams intra should do the trick. Shouldn't need more than that tbh.
  18. [IRON MAG LABS] 1-ANDRO + 1-ANDRO *FIRST PH CYCLE*

Carbs. Seriously. If that means you end up taking in less carbs from other times of the day to account for the increased carbs pre/intra workout, that is still more beneficial.
  19. PA vs ARA

I honestly don't see the whole insulin theory actually play out in practice here for ArA. I've done both types of protocols. Along with trying the whole GMS + LCLT protocol. Along with the w/ fish oils or sans fish oil protocol. I honestly don't feel like it makes an appreciable difference for...
