    Alphamine vs Norcodrene

Norcodrene started making me follow an IF protocol on accident...

    PES Norcodrene ??

There's always going to be someone bigger, stronger, faster, smarter...it's just about beating yourself and making legitimate progress. With the age of the interwebz and yout00bz, it's really hard to impress anyone so don't harp on it too much. Progress is progress, keep it up man.

    New erase question

Didn't want to start a new thread for this question, and I've searched a bit to make sure it's not glaringly obvious. I am cracking open some Abliterate Advanced bottles and also have some EP/OG Erase. Is this going to crush my cortisol? I wasn't sure to what extent the Erase lowers cortisol...

    Tetradecylthioacetic acid

Should say it right on the tub. I think 1/4tsp is the serving size listed. Also, whats everyones cheap recommendation for electrolytes? Can I just grab a bottle of potassium from walmart, or does it need to be more elaborate to prevent the sides?

    Non-Stimulant Fat Burners

Fan of Alphamine/AT2 , with EC being king imo Off topic: You just using bronkaid/prima? I just read that you can't have ephedrine shipped in from Canada anymore. I'm gonna miss my Kaizen.

    Favorite BCAA powder?

I believe it's pretty well supported that taurine and BA do not compete like they were once proposed to.

Herbivores eat high fat, moderate protein, low carb ... :gasp:

Awesome information. Stuff like this reminds me how sometimes we miss the forest for the trees with all these various dieting techniques, timings, methodologies, blah blah blah.

    pump spray synergy

This is on my list of to-try supplements. In fact, its the only supp on my list since I grabbed some Vanillean today. Curious to see what you experience with it Coop, I'll be hitting you up for updates.

    DL logging BPS Vanillean!!!

Very cool, seems like you picked a great one to start with. I've been around long enough to know I actually hate supplements (re:99% of them) lol Vanillean may just be worth the $$ though, we shall see. Whats the diet / training split looking like?

    DL logging BPS Vanillean!!!

I'm definitely interested! I've been looking for some safer products for my gf (I have higher standards for what she ingests than myself lol). Might end up having her use this in her prep for our Miami trip. Good luck

Through what MOA do you believe these two items to have synergy? I'm interested

    pump spray synergy

I'm with Cooper on this one, these are most likely not synergistic (sum > parts). The word synergy is often over used in the industry and more often than not companies should say complimentary (i.e. - creatine + BA). I do think they would work well together if you feel either one is insufficient...

Antaeus Labs - Achilles + Joints Force for Joint Support

I perhaps may have overstepped the boundaries of what the current anecdotal/literature suggests. I guess we can all agree that the immediate application of ice may have uses, however I can imagine its benefits would be a bell curve if considered quantitatively even dipping into the negatives...
