    Ignitt3 and bsr are great products but really a bit much to take together. 1 month of ign1te and then bsr or both together? Personally bsr is better for me for appetite suppression and ign1te a bit better for energy. I can’t explain why- but that was the effect on me.

    Agreed. Also Jim, given the large mix ins, it tastes best made in a blender rather than a shaker cup- just try it. The Gaspari one is terrible. Raw dynamix makes a B.B. that is ok but ghost is definitely the best on the market

    I am a pb fan so on cereal milk is still my favorite in the ghost line but this is pretty close. Ghost knocked this out of the park.

    from my regional taste buds in NY, it doesn't taste like any cheesecake I have ever tried. Good strawberry flavor, but a complete miss as a cheesecake.
