Mix it or stay consistant?
For accessory lifts, I like to stick to an exercise for about 4 weeks and than switch it out. Each week adding intensity and getting better at the exercise and being able to handle more weight / reps peaking at 4 weeks and then switch it up and start the process again with lower intensity.
