    I will do cholesterol next time(I forgot about it tbh), blood pressure did not change much for me, I have it around 125-140 for systolic and for 70-80 for diastolic, pretty much normal for me. Also edited my post a bit with more info.

    Just a heads up... German Pharma changed their Epistan again, now its 11-oxo - was Hexadrone before. Seems like that brand is done, they keep changing ingredients, while keeping the name. I stand by what I wrote before, those caps before were very different, I used both bottles.

    Yeah dont take it before sleep(got no problem with sleeping myself), also I have noticed that taking Celery Seeds supplement along with Epistan helps with tachycardia.
