Long acting Ghrelin mimetics (MK-677) = brain detrimental

Yeah that would make me stop use as well for sure. I would not stand for feeling like that for very long. Interesting, ill keep my eye out to see if anyone else mentions that. Thanks for posting it.

Its gonna be LGD 4033 for me!

OK so I should have my pre cycle blood results today. Im kind of kicking myself as I had an opportunity to get my igf/gh tested again as I am running my mk/cjc stack. I have baseline, 6 week and 10 week bloods from that but this would have been like week 16 or 17 but I didnt order gh or igf...

    HYDRATION QUESTIONS

LOL, not only my hs gym teacher but even the medical community used to perpetrate it as well. Thanks for the info. I googled it and found that it is no longer thought lactate plays a role in doms or muscle soreness.

100% agreed re water retention, which is why i resorted to a daily aspirin therapy regiment(82mg/day) which effects vasopressin and offsets the water retention from mk (and pharma gh for that matter) I tend to agree as far as what i expect re PRL. GHIH is my main concern. Great conversation man...

Long acting Ghrelin mimetics (MK-677) = brain detrimental

I agree re cortisol, that is documented and proven but I will not jump to the same conclusion re PRL and ghih. Perhaps I should not jump to the conclusion it does either but as of right now I do not think it can definitively be said it does or does not and the 5on, 2off is working great for me...

Long acting Ghrelin mimetics (MK-677) = brain detrimental

MK interacts with the ghrellin receptors, not the gh receptors on the anterior pituitary???? so that confuses me...cause it doesnt make any sense Also gh wouldnt decrease it would just not increase to the level it potentially could man.

Long acting Ghrelin mimetics (MK-677) = brain detrimental

Yeah, i think thats kind ofnonsense to be honest. If it does it is insignificant imo.

Long acting Ghrelin mimetics (MK-677) = brain detrimental

Please show me a study that proves with constant use ghih is not increased. I will tell you why I ask and it certainly isnt to bust chops, it goes against the very nature of every single ghrellin mimetic and ghrp in existence EXCEPT for mk if you are correct.

Mk667- The No BS Straight Scoop ....

This is true but I really am not sure how significant that effect would be. It should also be mentioned that it may not be prudent to mess around while you have unfused growth plates. Im not sure.

Long acting Ghrelin mimetics (MK-677) = brain detrimental

How do you know this? Perhaps you get the same gh/igf levels at 5on/2off with less side effects from say prolactin. Or (the more likely scenario) over time your igf/gh might actually be lower by not taking 2 days off. You see the body strives to achieve homeostasis and in response to taking the...

Its gonna be LGD 4033 for me!

Yeah so anyway, back to my LGD Log.... What I actually think I may do is not take anything for my cholesterol the first 4 weeks of my cycle. That way I can get an idea of just how bad LGD really is on the lipid profile as thats when I am getting my mid cycle bloods. What I take from then on in...
