    I would do 5 days on, 2 days off with Yoh. Also, dose it pre-workout or pre-cardio (MUST BE IN A FASTED STATE, otherwise insulin ruins all effects).

    Purportedly increases Growth Hormone, leading to moar gains and bettur sleep. Appreciable increases in GH are likely unlikely, however -- but the latter will still occur (more restful sleep). I personally woke up drier as well.

    I'll be burning a hole in my Body Octane and Gameday containers tonight as well. Softball at 6 (1scp gameday pre), chest/arms hypertrophy after (1scp BO, 2g COP, 1g agmatine, 5g leucine, 5g citmal) - sweet baby jesus.
