    MSTEN/EPIANDRO Log

In for a final review. I'm running the exact same thing right now with the exception of the addition of 4 pumps of Dermacrine for now. My last run of Epistane I had to ditch the Dermacrine for some Dermatrest because I felt like poo without it.

Week 6 of CD 2.0. It's been alot of volume but awesome! Definite changes in body comp. Kind of wish I saved this for December when I start my next cycle. I could definitely use the boosted recovery. I will be doing a very welcomed deload starting Oct 22nd - Oct 29th due to a vacation in...

You guys notice a lot of typos in his workouts? Week 3, Tuesday of CD2. Should be 12 instead of 10 I'm guessing.

Question about running Viron + Follidrone

One thing to remember is that you are running follidrone and can make some hypo if you dont eat enough.

I'm right there with you. I'm liking it so far. You are right though...my legs are always sore. Those sets of 30 on the LP killed me yesterday.

Your legs are a heck of alot stronger than mine are. I did really like the calf workout. I actually held off adding extra calves to see how I responded to that workout. Seems as though he rarely puts in the calve raises on the leg press so I try to get them in once a week. There's one on 28...

Well...the BDSOD killed me. It was a great workout though. I'm a big fan of pause squats.

This is only my 2nd Meadows program and Day 2 of CD2, but I really like how he lays things out. The variety is awesome and my shoulders have never felt better. It's also nice not having to think....just follow the program. Money well spent. Hope we can keep our original group together for...

I agree. Even when running 28 Days, I added in extra calf work. I just pick one of the random ones he does that I don't see in the near future. My calves have really started to grow since following his methods. No it doesn't. I have all parabody stuff and cant bring myself to do them in my...

Creeping Death 2 Day 1 down in the books. Nothing too crazy other than I kinda liked the banded shrugs. It was something different. That's one of the main reasons I like his programs.

Loved it. I did nothing special for recovery other than the normal. It was a great run.

    John Meadows 2.0 programs

I like the idea of building up to the final rpe. It's easier to manage. Trying to gauge if I'll get 4 sets of 12 on an exercise or superset I've never performed is hard to do. Ending up at a final rpe is doable. In for how others handle this.

When he states 4 sets of 12 RPE-9...do u guys drop weight each set, or stay the same weight. If you stay the same weight, it cant be a rpe of 9 each time then. So how do u guys handle this?

On another note.... Can't think which program I want to start on Monday. Finishing up 28 Days on Friday. Might go with Creeping Death 2 or Taskmaster. Anyone running CD2 yet?
