I hear you on the tractor front. Love them green tractors, but hard to beat the Kubota honestly.
Also pretty much done with rough grade on dirt pad 30x50 is the slab dimension. All within 3/4”. Next step is to dig in water/septic lines. Then will have to regrade dress up dirt again. Then it will start getting formed and insulated and steel in preparation for concrete.

Yep got it, I think that seems really reasonable and obtainable for sure. Always to if things are really clicking in training and numbers go up you can always adjust.
