For sure if you can I would take advantage of that. Definitely not to hard to process a deer lots of YouTube videos to at least get a general idea. When processing your self you can also save a lot more meat then taking to processing plant.

I so wish there was one of those close at times. We have a couple local hardware stores just sucks sometimes on the smaller stuff there prices are a lot higher. On the lumber and bigger ticket items they are close.
Whew this weekend was brutal. Got some plumbing dug in and dug up the connection to the sewer line so I can come up with fittings to tie in.
Most of the digging was with a pick and shovel. On top 100 degrees each day it was a tot body workout.
Was really hoping to be done with plumbing...
We have solar that runs the lower well for stock tanks.
This is the main well up at the house. Not at this time looking to switch over (electric here is really not that much).
