    Is dosing BMP and Ammo pre workout ok? Or would it be better to split them and have Ammo post workout. I'm training fasted AM. Also take PES Ergonine pre or intra depending on how much time I have in a morning!!

    dsade, I wasn't complaining...just wanted to check mine hadn't gone weird in transit etc!! I'm enjoying the cooling effect after application, and then shortly after my whole body warms up :)

    What should the consistency of SN be like? Mine seems to be thick and a skin formed inside the bottle that's since broken up after shaking violently!! Comes out quite lumpy though :/ Invalid Link Removed

    I'm looking at adding either a BCAA or PES Ergonine to my daily stack for intra use. I realise they are not the same type of product, but which would you choose and why? Any recommendations on flavours for either are welcome ;)

    Is that applies twice a day, and will last the month? I'm quite lucky I'm only wanting to concentrate on stomach & love handles! Looking forward to stacking with BMP :)
