    Yeah, the symtoms are from the 3mg dose. On a sclae of 1-10 (10 being cant take it anymore!) I'd say 3-4. Runny nose and slight stuffiness is all. I can also add the symptoms are easing now I've broken my fast and had my post workout shake!!

    I cannot comment on shipments from Nutri-verse, I've ordered from two US brands directly & both times my parcel has been stopped in customs. You will pay import taxes to have the items released for delivery - or that's what seems to happen in the UK.

    Just recieved my evomuse products this morning...parcel spent a few days in customs and charges applied - £30, so not too bad. Especially since its products that are always out of stock over here!! I am looking at alternative ways of getting stuff here, I've had problems with PES in the past...
