    It's been 6wks so far, but now possibly going to stretch it to 8wks. First 2wks were ran at 10mg and the rest had been 15mg. I find I respond well on lower dosing, my endurance and joints improve at this dose on low calories. Stacked Dermacrine with it for past 4wks (almost out of that).

    I'm still on the original gut health, I just dose with breakfast or lunch. No issues here! I'm prone to gut issues when eating certain foods, so I sometimes dose an extra cap with meals that I think may upset my stomach. This helps to alleviate discomfort I'd usually experience!

    I'm no expert, but go for a high % / quality forskolin. I've found the higher the % the less GI issues I've suffered! I'm on DCP right now and used AM XT as a standalone product. Both are quality supps and will boost the user imo :)
