    It took me a few weeks but I can now handle and enjoy the full 3mg cap along with my morning dose of Alphamine [emoji2]...I take a second dose of the two around 3-4pm too [emoji1417] Still getting extremely cold hands, but that's something I can live with if it yields results [emoji23]

    Do you guys use it directly on the body/skin or rub on a loofah/pouf? To wash my face I used the wife's Foreo silicone thing and rubbed the bar, then foamed over face!! Will use in the shower after the gym in the morning [emoji1417]

    I have issues too...as mentioned already dynatize ISO is a good shout, I've also used PES Select Vegan with success!! I'm actually back using PES Select (regular stuff) and doing ok after a couple of months on ISO.
