Started a stack of these a few days ago. I’m finding that quickly after taking I’m rushing to the bathroom! Any tips on how to minimise this? (apart from stop taking!!) Not sure if it’s the forskolin or something in BMP... I tried only taking 1 Brite cap pre workout but this had no benefits... -

Just received my Supernova/Brite combo today...Loving the new pump bottle dsade, much easier than the older bottle tops!! Also the consistency for me is spot on, bit runnier than a runny honey, and soaks in very fast. Looking forward to reaping the results whilst stacking with brite & alphaburn... -
