    I've used EvoMuse stuff recently; Epitome & Ammo, both non stim so would stack well with a stim. Epitome uses the leptin pathways so you don't need a refeed day etc! I've just gone back to OG Alphamine, as I like the stim feeling pre fasted workout, and it's a nice pick me up if I'm tired in...

    I could be wrong but I don't think PES change their protein and even if they did why could I not be able to get a batch that's being imported to the UK anyway by the likes of Predator? It's all good if it was a banned supplement/substance in this country but it's not, I can openly buy PES...

    I use Kara coconut milk in my post workout, only slightly thicker consistency to mixing with water - like a smooth milk shake though :)
