Incline Bench Press Question
For the past 6-8 months I have been only doing incline bench presses and my right shoulder is spent,it pops and the pain is horrible..I took a week off and it's a little better,my question is if I went to regular flat bench would that put less stress on my shoulder ?- MaDmaN

Update, I ran out of Turk Sunday and ordered 100 more grams but ran into a delay in shipping. I will not get it til Thursday.. I have some Andro Nitrate Fuel which has Trib,Lonjack + Turkesterone in it so I have been taking that til the new stuff comes in.My shoulder slowly seems to be getting...- MaDmaN

Sustevol..is not really a supplement but a steroid do a search and you will find out the stuff is bad on the liver and will shut you down hard..Stay away -

He has 10 home runs in April and batting 351 I know he was 0-4 but still you cant let him beat you in that situation after a week ago he hit a grand slam walkoff.. If that were David Ortiz and he was 0-4 I bet you they would walk him even though Manny is on deck..Pick your poison I guess..- MaDmaN

The way A-rod is swinging the bat they would be stupid if they didn't walk him..Cleveland screwed up yesterday they had 1st base open with Giambi on deck bating 250... They pitch to A-rod who is not just on fire he is an inferno right now..Walk him- MaDmaN

I got a response from Matt @ Custom he said no need to cycle so im going to dose it daily....Smeton_yea im going to try different angles on the incline as to avoid stress on the delt..The dumbells felt pretty good last night so I may do more of those..- MaDmaN

Ok Guy's did some pre-exhaust stuff last night 135 incline 25 reps then superset 45lb dumbell presses to failure and wow what a pump..I have always been on the soft side but I looked real hard after the pump..I just ordered another 100 grams this morning im thinking about going to 5 grams a...- MaDmaN
