    How old are you and what is your training experience? If this is your first cycle, I defn wouldn't run mdrol but to each their own. If you are dead set on it though run it 10/20/20 and that's it.

    Well folks today is the day I will make my return to the gym. Going to go very light this week to ease back into it and will ramp it up a bit more next week. I am going to wait until next week to incorperate the Cre02 & Citruvol-Ultra. I would like a solid week to see how the elbow feels first...

    The bridge was defn a lot better than running it solo. I had the rapid gains from the super the first 3 weeks and then they tapered off to slow steady gains weeks 4-6. The gains I kept with the bridge vs the solo run was insane. A bridge into Halo wouldn't be all that crazy of an idea at all...
