    Abieta-8,11,13-trien-18-oic acid

Just finished my first run of old formula Erase Pro. Noticeable effects almost right away. By the 2 week mark I looked and felt great. By the end, I was getting comments from everyone who saw me. I only lost about 2kg, but I looked harder and leaner and I dried out a lot. My BJJ coach was...

    has anyone used est somadrol?

I just looked at the somadrol formula. Phebibut is the first ingredient...not good to take every day. That stuff can be super addictive.

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

How much of the bulk 20% powder do you use? I think I have the same stuff.

    has anyone used est somadrol?

Glad you are looking for an alternative to prescription stuff. I was on those fir a few years (nit every day, but was taking benedryl every day plus scripts when needed). Didn't even think anything else could work. Keep trying and shop the sales when stuff u want is available. I just got...

    Synthetic Supplements DopaDex

Good info since a few products are combining p5p and l-dopa...I wouldn't have thought about the combination being negative.

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

Yeah I have read more about bacopa's dose-dependent effects than any other adaptogen. Apparently the higher you go the more sedative it gets. You could try buying bulk powder or just breaking open the capsules and taking half at a time if you are still too sedated.

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

Man I didn't even think about that. I just popped 200mg rhodiola to see if that works better. Thanks for the tip! What strength bacopa do you use and what dose? I have a bunch of bulk powder 20% and am definitely excited about it.

Tendon Strengthening Supplements - what is out there?

I tried but didn't get more relief...then I tried combining with high-dose fish oil and it worked like a charm. ***Edit: I doubled my dose but that was actually still just 4 caps per day, so not above recommended dose. My bad!***

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

Man I just picked up bacopa and am excited to try it. I know it has energizing effects for some and sedating for others, so I want to wait until the weekend to give it a try. I got a giant tub of rhodiola as well and tried it with my PWO and in the morning...realized it relaxes me but doesn't...

    has anyone used est somadrol?

Oh man I am sorry to hear you are still having some trouble sleeping. I totally know how that feels! I guess if you feel that something eventually worked, just take all of them. There are also other options ppl love (5HTP, valerian, L-dopa)...also Nimbus' sleeping product is universally loved...

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

Yeah it's leaves and root. There are a couple of reasons why some people don't recommend that. The first is that traditionally people would only eat root powder. The second is that the leaves have higher concentrations of one specific compound that some people think can be harmful. Sensoril...

Tendon Strengthening Supplements - what is out there?

Cissus and fish oil work great for me but I don't think they strengthen (I think they mostly reduce inflammation, although cissus might help for strengthening). I know this isn't a real answer to your question, but whenever I have an issue, I always try to remember to use some deep tissue...

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

Sensoril is dosed at 225mg, but I don't know if it is recommended to take it twice a day. If taking it during the day, ksm-66 is probably better as it should be less sedating. At nighttime, sensoril would probably be a better bet. No reason not to do ksm during the day and sensoril at night...

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

According to the makers of Sensoril, it is safe to take year-round. I think most people would recommend cycling almost anything as a general precaution, but if the effects aren't changing and you don't feel the need, then it's totally your call. I know I have really been missing it and am...

    has anyone used est somadrol?

You could definitely try them individually if you want to get a better sense of what each one is doing. I take the ash and relora together 1-2 hours pre-bed and the melatonin 30-60 min pre-bed, but I experimented until I found what works best for me. Before you give up on the combo, I would...

    Ashwagandha, more than an adaptogen

Some people say yes, some say no, so I take a month off after 4 months on to be safe. I'm at the end of one of those months now...really looking forward to getting back on it.

How many use agmatine for health benefits?

I noticed that on 1g per day...I can't wait to try higher dosing like this to see the difference!

    HIT Supplements non-caf PWO

I mean, it is, because cardio is a strong measure of endurance. HIT training requires extra endurance, right? I know that guys who do fighting sports (MMA, BJJ, wrestling, boxing, etc) also love it. I would imagine that it will help endurance in any sport.

    has anyone used est somadrol?

Yeah man, I think KSM66 is extracted for less sedation than sensoril, so if you don't get the sedation you are looking for, try switching to sensoril (Jarrow, for example, uses sensoril). 10mg melatonin, damn...if I take more than 1.5 I get crazy dreams and don't sleep as well. Everyone's...
