yup, as long as i'm getting in the miles and lifting 3+ times a week i can stay really lean and eat pretty much what i want...but like you, next month when i start training to get down to my best running weight i will have to cut cals to lose weight but i can't cut carbs or my sugar goes too low.- thebigt
