Is it a hard lump, or soft lump? It may be a tumor, it may be an ingorwn hair if you shave down there. Unknown if it is AAS related, probably not, imo. However, I suggest you go and get it checked by a doc. I have a close friend who's brother just found out yesterday he has testicular... -

Hell, use a lighter and singe it all off!...lol. Clippers are the best for me since I have a dark medium course hair. If I were to ever use a razor again, I would be sure to exfoliate much more often to lessens the ingrown hairs. I think nair is a waste of time, unless you have fine hair...- Cuffs

OUCH!!! Waxing would probably be the best, but OUCH!!! If you have fine hair, then it shouldn't be that bad. However, thick/course hair would hurt worse.- Cuffs

I crop my entire body with an electric trimmer. That way I don't have to put up with ingrown hairs later. I shaved down once...and will never do it again.
